Space Exploration an Inside Look
For the better part of the past 60 years, space exploration as been a source of wonder for many. NASA has been at the forefront of the most legendary missions into space. Yet, there are those that might not be completely aware of what the true purpose of space exploration is. This is why it deserves a closer look.
If you're not sure what space exploration is; we define it as an expansive study of astronomy and physics. This is done by sending both "manned" and unmanned crafts into space. Once they reach their destination they perform all types of meaningful tasks.
A communications satellite can relay phone signals, television programming a and host of other signals. Spy satellites can keep tabs on all manner of military actions around the globe. Weather satellites can track the progress of global weather trends in order to minimize some of the negative effects poor weather can cause.
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is who initiates all of these projects. Keep in mind; there are several private contractors that contribute to the overall apparatus, but it's what makes space exploration possible. It took years for NASA to be developed, and most of it actually happened
